Services
Community Garden
In May 2015, Able2 established the Creekside Community Garden, located behind Able2’s Intermediate Care Facility on Old Ithaca Road in Horseheads, NY.
Community Habilitation
Our Community Habilitation program is designed for adults 18 or older who reside with family or live independently in the community.
Day Habilitation
Our Day Habilitation program is a site-based program that offers daily activities to adults Monday through Friday during daytime hours.
Dental & Health Clinic
The Jerry Kohena Dental Clinic offers preventative dental services to people with Medicaid, Dentaquest, United Health Care, and private insurances.
Pathway to Employment
Pathway to Employment is a person-centered employment planning and support service that provides assistance for individuals to explore, obtain, maintain or advance in competitive employment or self-employment.
Respite Services
Able2 provides short-term relief services to caregivers to assist with the stress of caring for a loved one.
Start-up & Support Brokerage
Our brokers work with individuals to start and maintain a self-directed care plan with the New York State Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
Supervised & Supportive Residential Services
Able2 manages and owns nine homes in Elmira and Horseheads, NY providing a safe, secure, home-like setting to encourage our individuals with developmental disabilities to live independently at every stage of life.
